The space
This high-end studio cottage features a full kitchen, a large Bosch fridge, a gourmet gas range, a modern design, and a large bathroom with an oversized stone shower. The regular Queen mattress in the drop-down Murphy bed raises/lowers as needed. Large covered porch with a view, breezes, and comfortable furniture. Dine in or out at tables provided. Gas grill on covered porch. Total privacy, seclusion, and peace. Stand-alone cottage with no other buildings in sight. Huge stone shower with large windows for an outside feel without bugs!

This is an off-grid solar home, so power conservation is important to avoid electrical interruptions or the need to charge a generator. Follow the host’s tips and house rules.
4WD or AWD vehicle required. Vehicles rented on St. John are always 4WD/AWD due to topography and rugged roads; be careful if renting on St. Thomas and arriving by car ferry.
